In Spring of 2024, we set out on a mission to find a way to allow anyone and everyone to be a charcuterie artist. After years of impressing friends and family with creative and aesthetic cheese boards, we knew there was a way to use our skills to help others do the same. With a passion for grazing boards, a desire to bring people together over delicious food and a drive to create great experiences, we created Chatter Platters.
Chatter Platters is a no cooking required kit that provides perfectly portioned ingredients, guarantees beautiful results, and allows you to be the artist of a platter for anywhere from 2 to 8 people, with no extra supplies needed. Chatter Platters are meant to bring your entertainment and food together into one product. The detailed instructions guide everyone to achieve instagrammable results to either show off to friends, or create with them. Chatter Platter kits are perfect for date nights, girls nights, book clubs, picnics, boat days, beach days, etc. Since everything comes in one kit, the experience is easy to pack into a cooler and bring on-the-go.
Alana has years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage and performance strategy. She has been the dedicated “charcuterie expert” to friends and family, always creating boards for events and gatherings. She graduated from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
